This gets me thinking if we have more digital and technology power? In our developing countries we lack the resources but this was a good start of online learning or blended teaching and learning in TVET after covid 19 era.
Please share your experience. What challenges have you faced with regard to resources at your workplace?
in my teaching cadre i have since incurred some challenges almost daily. firstly i cant access internet for my delivery. it is always not available or its slow. There is insufficient learning materials and resources like, inadequate computers, the classes and labs are not conducive learning environments, funds not available to procure important teaching materials, no continuous in-house training , or retooling, short courses or even long term training is not at hand for the betterment of upgrading the personnel and to up to date technology in which it can be on par with the industry or outside world.
