AND
Self-paced Learning Modules- which break down the curriculum modules or units into smaller and manageable topics that learners can complete at their own pace. Each module should have clear objectives and outcomes, allowing students to progress based on their understanding rather than a fixed schedule.

Google classroom is also a good forum because a lecture can send all activities in it and a student can access it anytime ,anywhere as long as they gut the electronic gadgets with them and can be able to tackle each activity at their own pace

Yes and institutions should be well equipped to run these programmes as they are resource intensive
